Privacy policy
Effective 2 November 2026
App Orbit is operated by TheFortyFour. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit this website or use the App Orbit Android application.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we process your email address, account identifier, authentication method, and chosen username. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic identity information Google shares with your consent, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture. Email passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we do not display or store them in plain text.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, timestamps, and error logs to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
We use account information to authenticate you, maintain your App Orbit identity, provide account recovery, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We use technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Service providers and sharing
We use Supabase for authentication and account data, Google for optional Google sign-in, and Resend to deliver authentication emails. This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it in countries outside your own.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect users and the service. A username is intended to identify you within App Orbit; community features are still in development.
Device storage and website data
The application stores session information and onboarding preferences on your device so you can remain signed in and avoid repeating the introduction. The public website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or an account registration form.
Retention and account deletion
We keep account information while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from the account screen in the app. This removes your authentication account and linked application profile. Provider backups or security logs may remain for their retention periods, and information may be retained where required by law. Support correspondence is retained as needed to address your request.
Your choices
You can sign out, delete your account, or revoke App Orbit’s Google access through your Google Account settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, contact us at farz.bhullar@gmail.com. Rights available to you depend on your location.
Children
App Orbit is intended for developers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as App Orbit develops. We will publish updates here with a revised effective date. For privacy questions, contact TheFortyFour at farz.bhullar@gmail.com.
